Letter From Recruitment Chair
To all potential new members, family, and friends of Phi Mu Theta,
I find so much joy in being able to inform you about Greek life here at Belmont. The Belmont community is incredibly special and the quirkiness of each individual is what makes this place so amazing. Our chapter consists of so many unique, talented, and spectacular women. Phi Mu is more than just a club or organization; it is a sisterhood which transcends the typical friend due to the special bond created by the fraternity.
College is such a transitional, pivotal, and challenging time in our young lives. As sisters in Phi Mu we depend on each other and grow together through this time. My college career so far has been amazing, and I can attribute a large portion of my fond memories to this remarkable group of women. We are committed to loving, honoring, and being true to ourselves, our sisters, and our community. Our founders were three strong women dedicated to living lives of excellence, and to this day our creed remains the same in setting an expectation for us to live out daily.
Recruitment is an experience of a life time. Throughout recruitment weekend you will be able to foster relationships with women in every chapter. Greek life at Belmont is exceptional. I urge you during this fall semester to attend events, ask questions, and observe the Greek chapters on campus to become familiar with the culture and opportunities they present to you. We are already praying for you and Phi Mu Theta cannot wait to meet you!
